You also need to give it a couple of hours to smooth out. As much I like the '17 Shiraz, the '16 Cab Shiraz is amazing.....I can't believe that what I opened last Friday night is the same wine as you guys are raving about. My bottle was musty and rather flat tasting - something wrong with it or my taste buds? I suspect not the latter as the bottle of Massena Eleventh Hour that we opened after that was wonderful - exactly my kind of shiraz. Anyone else had sub-par impressions of the Pirramimma Heritage?
