I didn’t mind it for the $12 or so I paid for it a few months ago (with vouchers), but don’t remember being blown away be it, especially for an apparent $75 wine.

Likewise I was expecting more as well, some wines get incredibly lofty reviews and hype but (at times) I'm left feeling relieved I haven't parted with anything like the RRP for them.... a caveat before I get jumped on, YMMV

Completely agree! Sometimes it's ones that completely sail under the radar with no fanfare and modest RRP that impress me the most.
