That Chardy does look interesting though...

I've not had any of the 2012 yet, but based on previous vintages, it is a cracking wine and good value at that price.

Don't know but I haven't had a bad one from them at that price point. Could be the Brookland Valley Estate?
The 2011 is superb drinking, 2012 has 95pts from Halliday

The Brookland seems logical although the "just-reviewed" may suggest otherwise. Halliday's rating and tasting notes were published in July 2013, and the Royal Melbourne Wine Show was October 2013.

...Unless it is in this month's magazine as a "revisited", which is also possible. My copy is at home, so can't check until tonight.

Pulled the trigger on the black market mixed case. Hard to go wrong at <$8/bottle.

Will be interesting if the retail value really is >$300.
