I'm not a regular poster in this forum but I did order a case of this at $9.90/bottle:

Black Market Shiraz 2017 - Red Wine | Vinomofo Australia

It turns out to be "Malpas & Main" from Penny's Hill, McLaren Vale.

I've never heard of it - had no idea etc.

But halfway through the first glass, I ordered another case. For $9.90, I thought it was pretty darned good!

Today I got a 24hr expiry $25 voucher. Tossing up between 6 of the 2011 Punch Lance 2011 pinot, right at the end of it's drinking window:

or for half the price there is the 2014 Rockbare Coonawarra Cutie:

Does anyone have opinions on either, seems they are both atypical for the varieties.

As usual I'm probably not entirely on the money with one Black Market Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 - Red Wine | Vinomofo Australia but I think that it might be this despite the usual discrepancies: 2011 Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon Ignore the link stating it's 2011 it's actually the 2014 when you get to the site. The aging in Hungarian and French oak is a bit of a giveaway IMHO.... Anyway waddya reckon?

I think you're right, I bought some of this from VM last October for ~$20 but haven't tried it yet. The 2012 vintage they sold in 2017 was excellent.

Wanted to wait for the Friday's inevitable free shipping but boomed regardless, hadn't realised I had a few credits floating around plus $25 voucher brought it down to $182 delivered, curious to give it a whirl upon arrival just hope it's not too elegant for a big red aficionado like myself

I waited and boomed on this, this morning. Interesting that the free shipping started a little earlier than usual. Especially after the recent offer of $35 for annual shipping.

Yep I noticed that too, I think they circumvented anyone stacking the free shipping opportunity with the $25 credit by finishing the former at 10.00am and starting the latter only moments later, never mind I'm pretty happy with the price I paid regardless but am still highly curious to get some in my glass as I normally favour Shiraz over Cab Sav.

I put mine in the cart last night and received a friendly reminder to get on with it this Am.
I was going to ring to make sure that it was the Pantelis but time got away so I just paid.
Don't forget the Lagrein W&D...... you can't rely on my taste
After 6 months rest my Lagrein improved enormously

Can’t find the 2016 on their website. But can see VM have sold the ‘15 in mixed packs before. Keen to hear any feedback on the ‘15 if this is indeed from Trofeo.

I agree that's probably from Trofeo Estate.

No one on my Forum seems to have admitted to buying it and there are no TN there for the 2015.

Also, possibly under cork rather than the claimed screwcap.
