I bought it but havent opened it yet. If you havent tried any others I would give it a shot since I have tasted quite a few in the past 18 months and enjoyed them all.

I stay away from 2011 vintage no matter how well it is priced as a rule.

Absolutely with you and if it wasn't coming from VM I don't think I would be ordering it. I'm happy to try things from VM and return them but it can be quite inconvenient.

I took a punt on it and after trying it I am returning it. It was very disappointing. I had the 2009 which was excellent imo, so thought this could be okay. Back it goes unfortunately!

Not surprising 2011 was a waste of a vintage although there were some exceptions in WA.

Has a hewitson ungrafted shiraz a few weeks back. Stunning. In for a sixer when I saw this today. I Dont know if mine was a 21 or 22 but I was the best of a mix of 5 that day.

Hopeless, when I looked at Rockfords Basket Press and Schild Estate Moorooroo they were full price. Went back on the site and they had been reduced and were sold out. Not sure why I bother with VM special events anymore

Can't bring myself to say that Rockford Basket Press at $199 is a bargain
