7.5K spend?
For the 30,000 points/ 75 SC offer (Silver) the spend within 3 month is just $500.
I knew it wouldn't be straight forward!! So have made the necessary 7.5 k spend on the latest (3rd) statement but no 50K bonus pts:evil:My +1s 50000 points and 200SCs have posted, and were immediately pooled to my account:mrgreen:. Just need to get my own 7.5K spend up....finally, some reward after all the hard work!

Second statement received today and have passed the spending requirements for the 50K points and 200 SC however nothing showing up online.
Called Manila and advised that yes I have met the requirements but the bonuses and SC won't be posted until the 3 month period after activation has passed. For me this will be May 10th.
From what I can see posted here others have had the points/SC as soon as they met requirements.
Should I call back and ask again
or sweat it out until May?
I'm thinking the former option sounds better
Rang Virgin today to be told that yes I do qualify for the 50K bonus (she checked that I had made the 7.5 K spend) but the Ts and Cs state that it can take up to 60 days from the activity that took me passed the 7.5k spend for the bonus to post....so I have to wait til June 10, and the statement that covers this period, so it may be early July before I see the 50K bonus pts; this is really starting to pi$$ me off...may get that email off you pagingjoan:idea:Definitely call again!
I was told the same thing, on two occasions. Persisted and did eventually break through the barriers and points were posted.
I do have a contact who has responded brilliantly to email, so if your next phone call does not work, PM me and I will pass on the email contact details that have worked for me.

Dragging up an old thread, but as it is almost time for the fee renewal ...
Just dug out my old paperwork and managed to get into my online account ... did anyone notice that the yearly fee on the cheap card has gone up from $99 to $129?? Probably still worth it for the 4 x 2 for 1 flights, but slightly annoying. And I've had no notification from them about the increase ...
I've just had my card reissued with the Paywave features. Surprisingly painless process!
I did get a notification about the fee increases somewhere along the way. Not sure where, maybe on a statement.
