Well done kpc. Being a family of ineligibles I did get the sister in law to apply. At work there may be applicants plus a few of their family members so I circulated the deal for the 110,000. Out of Adelaide one can get 5 economy return tickets to Sydney so that is quite generous seeing the redemption costs are so modest.

My +1 signed up, got her card 2 days ago, spent $1045 yesterday, and the 110000 pts are in her Amex account today.....wonder if I can sneak the pts from her Velocity account across to mine without her noticing:)...I'm ineligible for this offer as I already have the Amex Plat reserve card :(
FWIW, here is the referral link: https://www316.americanexpress.com/...merHub&MGMURN=AAAABgQSDR8VCg==&CPID=999999484

Hi finally got my card and activated.

Here's a referral link for those still to get it. 110,000 Velocity points (or roughly 80,000 KF miles) which can get you a return J flight to South east asia I believe.

Does anyone think Amex will up the referral points in another months time? They went from 60k to 80k about 6 weeks ago then to 110k few weeks ago.

Used your link to apply.. have been approved although already hold Plat Edge, let's see what happens.

Thought it would be good to give back to those that give so much on this site.

I think majority of people with existing amex cards who sign up as well are still receiving points. I have read of a few who never got the points due to existing cards though. YMMV. High chance you should get it though. Good luck!

I also signed up earlier using your link kpc. Enjoy the additional points!
Have you signed up to MrRebates using my link yet ;)?

My 'missing' 30,000 points were applied to my account today. Hubby has the Platinum Edge , but has decided to chance his arm and apply anyway. Fingers crossed

Good luck. I'm deciding whether I should I apply too, missus just got her card yesterday and I have the Plat charge so I could use her referral. Looking at the past few months for this card and the constant increase in bonus points, I'm just thinking if AMEX are going to be much nicer to us and up the 110k bonus points to something higher :D One could always dream.

Just a question for those credit card veterans. The expiration date for this offer is 30th September I believe. Can AMEX (or have they done so in the past) retracted offers before expiration date?

I've just finished labelling my cards for there specific uses, e.g. personal vs business, ato vs non-ato etc and also how much pts/$ they pay out. Invest in a dymo ;)

Yes, another one of these referral links. But, if anyone is yet to apply for the card, it would be greatly appreciated if you used my link. Each referral is a one-way ticket from CNS/TSV-PER to visit family back home. Yes, I'm a student. :(

ps. Seems like all the action is here. Let me know if double posting (as opposed to the other thread) is not allowed and I'll take this down. Thanks for your consideration again!

Just received some referral bonus points. Thanks whoever applied on my links...
