Interesting. I applied for the status match with BA GGL (OW Emerald+) and was matched to VA Gold. I might send a follow up email.
Definitely do that. My first application was rejected because of some sort of email address mismatch. I sent them an email pointing out their own Ts&Cs which I had adhered to. Next day I was matched to Plat.
 
Did this today, and already have had my Gold status matched (had dropped back to Velocity Silver), however the review date has changed to just 3 months away? Did others only get 3 months of matched status, or did it keep your original review dates?

You will likely need to call.

Or e-mail as I did: [email protected] I gave them a list of flights in the prior couple of months I had done, booked via the normal portal, thus without ABNs, AND already flown, and they replied (in a day IIRC), OK, added to the list and points etc were awarded in due course.

Ahh I missed your reply RooFlyer. But I called this morning and had them add my ABN to 3 bookings. The number I had to use was this one 1300 246 498

She said she couldn’t add it to flights already taken a couple of weeks ago. I’ll try your email. Thanks!

Sorry, the list of flights I mentioned above that I gave them was to check if I had put an ABN in for flights not yet taken - in that case they inserted them. This is the relevant bit when I queried about claiming for flights already taken where no ABN was supplied to them. You claim via the form (I'd take a screen shot as you go); all of mine came through.

Thanks. I called and had them add my ABN to my future flights (one was in a couple of hours after the call) and then submitted missing points claims for the flights a couple of weeks ago.

How long do points normally take to show up in business account after a flight?
 
Has anyone here with a Bus Flyer account noticed an enormous discrepancy between pricing via the Business Flyer portal and the consumer website for pricing in J?

As an example, the Bus Flyer portal for 3 passengers on VA331 MEL-BNE on 27th July has J for around $649 ea, yet the standard VA website offers the same seats for 3 passengers at $399 ea, or around 38% less than the Bus Flyer site.

That would be because the portal couldn't see the 3 seats. I just did a search and get $376.81 for Business on the 2:10 pm flight

It has everything to do with you searching for six seats on the business portal, when there are only four available at that price.

Oh, good on you for seeing that, although I have zero idea why it shows 6 as I only selected 3, I even contacted their call centre who confirmed the price for 3 and they didn't know why it was more expensive (perhaps a bug or something).

Anyway, I am selecting the same 3 and it's showing 3 now, so that's fine (will keep an eye on that).

No luck with claiming missing flights - submitted a couple of weeks ago, no response. Submitted again last night, will see how we go.
