But has anyone had a slightly dodgy looking emails from Virgin business flyer asking to click a link to complete a ‘maintenance’ form?
Unsure if it’s a phishing scam or glitch..?
Got something back in September that looks similar, but this was go into the draw for 5 millions points by activating the offer. The link takes me to an update contact details form. populated with ABNDidn’t want to start a new thread…

My question is the email I got today to say a glitch meant you business wasn't getting points, we've fixed it now.
No idea what this was. I might log in to see if any points have come in
"It was recently brought to our attention that over a number of months your business was not awarded Velocity Points and benefits (if applicable) that your business was entitled to. This was due to a glitch within our external vendor's system."

Same, nothing and I applied again yesterday, no acknowledgement of application of details of an account? The details I put in were all via the drop down boxes, so I believe I stayed withing the safety rails. Not sure what has happened.
