XFC leased from Sulaco Aircraft Leasing.
XFD/XFE leased from CIT.
XFG/XFH/XFJ leased from Wells Fargo.
After XFJ and XFC, tomorrow sees XFG scheduled to operate BNE-MEL as VA9902...

While I'll miss the A332 aircraft as "the business" was excellent, I don't think they ever made any money on any route they flew. World's leading business class and world's leading leasing costs...

Might this be a 'football special' conveying Richmond/Geelong players/officials and AFL staff, even though they were on the Gold Coast for most of the time?

I didn't think there were any A330 cabin crew left? And it looks like the flight is departing from the international terminal...

It's returning to lessor, once it takes off it's no longer a VA aircraft.

Singapore based leasing company Lessor Aviation states they are owned USD$74m in payments from VA on the lease payments/termination on the ATRs operated by mainline and the 2 leased Fokker 100s operated by VARA.

5 of the ATRs are still parked whilst the remainder has since re-entered service with new operators.

I noticed this from the article:
..... operating leases for two ATR72-500s with a new airline customer in Australia,

Who's the new airline customer?

Rex?
Edit: there is a current airline called Link Airways, that wants to tag HBA and CBR, (first read from), from the Adelaide Advertiser.

Looks like VHFVI (an ATR72 500) has made it's way to India.

Fairly certain that pic was taken in Indonesia after it's new paint job, so still to hit India and new rego.
