Click here for a list of current Virgin Australia discount codes:

A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Are there any discount codes that work at the moment?

Thanks!

I've tried RAR, CHC, and AKL for June dates and got no discount.
I get a promo rate for LST but it's either the same or $20 MORE than the non-promo fare from yesterday (and the price discrepancy bug is also still making it $4 more than it should be)! :P

Anyone have any success?

Yeah I found some travel between SYD > LAX in june in Y that brought it down to about $950 return. Better than happy hour yesterday. Contemplating whether or not to chose this very good price or still fly in J for the 360 SC I urgently need.

Pick the right dates (i.e. depart on any of Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu) and you can easily get SYD-LAX down to $870 return (even around the long weekend!)

Domestically it's a bit of a mixed bag. Plenty of discounts SYD-ADL and SYD-MEL, for example, but absolutely nothing SYD-CBR. Could be dates, or could be they just don't want to sell too many discounted seats.

A lot of the Pacific routes seem immune from the promo code, as do a lot of VA operated flights to NZ. Best availability is to Auckland, whilst some other cities have absolutely nothing. Oddly enough, the promo code sometimes applied to the VA codeshare on NZ, but not the flights on VA metal. Go figure.

About to book PER> LAX Return using MPV23 in Premium Economy - has anyone had any issues using Velocity Points to upgrade to Business AFTER you have booked the Premium Economy fare using this code?

The booking class should still be the same.

Let's see what discounts this one actually gets.

Code DRS79

Edit: Looks like you have to book + 20 days ahead. Some domestic discounts only look like the regular 10% off and it only seems to work for saver fares.

I've reached out of the VFF facebook page for T&C's - ask to call VFF. So yeah await further details I guess..

Coupon only appears to be working for SAVER fares and booking 20 days in advance.

I've tried a few direct routes and this is what I've managed to come up with, but of course, YMMV :p

CNS-MEL (Routing via BNE Is approx $220 Where as direct is almost $260) ~~ Approx 9% off
MEL-OOL ~~ Approx 20% off
MEL-SYD ~~ Approx 14% off
MEL-PER ~~ Approx 14% off
