Click here for a list of current Virgin Australia discount codes:

A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Are there any discount codes that work at the moment?

Thanks!

That's annoying. Doesn't cover the price of the book. BTW, does it matter which method of book buying....electronic or paper?

PS - Can you give a link to the other thread please, as I'm not sure which one it is?

I think you found it already.

A couple of points:

The maximum is $5000 not $1000 (my misunderstanding) so potentially viable even if you use the EB only for the voucher

The T&Cs say 1 voucher per Velocity member and Entertainment Book Membership. You can buy multiple Ent Books (second and subsequent at a discount) but the Velocity membership issue may require you to use another Velocity account (not sure how this would work in practice)

TSV has just reported in another thread that the EB offer is now limited to one voucher per book (max $1000):(

EDIT: Max is $5k not $1k-sorry for wrong info
One voucher per Entertainment book is annoying.

I understand this differently. The max value of a voucher is A$5k each. But an Ent Book holder can buy multiple vouchers, no limit as far as I understood it.

Unless your login keeps track of each voucher value and will fail when your combined vouchers go over $5k ?

DLR26 worked for me yesterday for some SYD-BNE-TSV-BNE-SYD flights. I got some good pricing and then put the code in and got a bit more off which was nice.

I just checked random dates in October for MEL-OOL and the code worked no problems.

I believe the T&C's are 20+ days advance travel

I have the feeling they got the wrong year there (my bolding in large type above). I just tried an Oct 2015 and it doesn't work.

The 20% off seems to work as from the 27th Jan e.g. MEL - PER.

Saver Economy for $186 is a pretty good price and the Y Flex and J fares also show up with 20% off.

I have the feeling they got the wrong year there (my bolding in large type above). I just tried an Oct 2015 and it doesn't work.

Based on my experimentation they did get the wrong year.

The 20% off seems to work as from the 27th Jan e.g. MEL - PER.

Saver Economy for $186 is a pretty good price and the Y Flex and J fares also show up with 20% off.

Did the fare have the word "promo" next to it?

Yep - "Promo" next to all 3 fares from 27th of Jan thru all of Feb, although I didn't try any dates in March. Full flex in J was around $479 from memory.
I need to fly PER-Mel earlier in Jan so it looks like DLR26 and 10% off will have to do for me. :)

Just a reminder that both DLR26 & the Anglican code CVW58 both expire on the 30th of September. Need to keep an eye out for the next one..
