Click here for a list of current Virgin Australia discount codes:

A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Are there any discount codes that work at the moment?

Thanks!

I just tried them all for MEL-NAN for June and nothing works.

I just tried GPR26 on MEL-NAN for random June 2019 dates and the code works. However it doesn't apply for the direct flights.

Using the code on a domestic flight (MEL-PER) and promo applies to every flight.

Just like any promotion, not available on all dates and all flights.

Has anyone had any luck with codes to DUD? Am trying MEL-DUD (via BNE) and have previously tried BNE-DUD, but no luck?

I have to use up a VA travel bank credit so I'm booking a one way business class ticket from Toronto (YYZ) to Sydney in December 2019 (C$5600). None of the discount codes work for me--maybe because the first leg is a codeshare on Air Canada. Any suggestions on how to bring the cost down? I noticed that Kayak is advertising the price at C$600+ less than direct with VA. VA confirmed with me that they don't price match on international flights. Any advice gratefully received.

Look at flights out of places other than Toronto. Detroit, Cleveland & NYC could be cheaper. Some codes have previously worked on codeshares where DL is involved.

Thanks! I’m wanting to fly in a flat bed to LAX so only JFK or YYZ are options. Out of NYC is significantly more expensive than out of YYZ.

HNV39 showing up as 5% for me on SYD-ADL in march

Sidenote, virgin keep targeting me with 'virgin holiday sale' ads with -no surprise - SYD-ADL deals. But I can't find any flights remotely close to what's advertised.

It's been mentioned before, but I don't know if there is an answer. I've noticed the same and disregard those emails completely now. I'm not sure how VA measure success of an advertising campaign that actually turns people away ...

None of these codes work when booking through the amex portal. Wonder if there is anyway of getting a discount when using the amex $200 or $400 travel credit.

Hi Nimo,
I do have a code for you (and every AFF'er).

Try CMT46 - the usual 20 day advance booking period applies and is good for Getaway (~3.5%) , Elevate (5%), Freedom (10%), Premium (10%) and Business (10%) discounts.

Tested on dummy MEL-LAX bookings today and no discounts for Premium Economy saver or Business Saver seats to LAX.

Be wary when booking as the code doesn't work for flights that include a Delta code share.

This code also works for VA domestic and Trans Tasman bookings .

Happy travels!
