In BNE Lounge right now, Soft serve fruit Yogurt on offer! It pretty good. Ignore my photo I asked for a small one, took a bit before the photo and did not get any toppingsIMG_3350.jpgIMG_3351.jpg

Great more refined sugar :(

Seriously are Virgin trying to make their pax so fat they all have to buy comfort seats!?!

11.5g per serve and 75 calories is not going to do much on that score, perhaps you would prefer fresh fruit? What a shocker for the waist, with an apple having 13-17g of sugars

Arrived at the MEL lounge just before 7pm last night and nothing but sandwiches and quinoa kale soup. Thanks, but no thanks :-|
With a 5.15pm departure from SYD and a snack service on the plane, it means missing out on dinner at all ends.

A perfect example of why Australians are some of the fattest on earth. Thanks Markis10 :)

Quinoa kale soup sounds absolutely disgusting

The FroYo machine was 'out of order' in Both MEL and BNE last weekend... I was super devastated haha.
Along with the fact there was no food (other than that standard salad) and in Brisbane no fresh glasses for 25 minutes... And staff mocked me when asking where they were. (First ever complaint was sent to Virgin after this incident)

There's a big difference between added sugar (bad) and naturally occurring fruit sugar (okay). It's very dependent upon the source.

However, I read where "... Goulburn Valley Perfect Fruit is an all-natural soft serve snack made from 99% fruit ...".

That's not good form from the catering staff. I understand they must get some absolute A-holes that they have to deal with, but mocking someone about a genuine failure is not on. Hopefully VA will deal with it professionally and swiftly.

And if your drinking Peroni, the Peroni twins are providing table service replacements

Looks like a Taco to me...

Are you sure? I always thought a taco is a U shaped crispy shell which is a PITA to eat with any kind of decorum!

Markis10s gastric delight pictured above does look like a burrito waiting to be rolled up (albeit somewhat devoid of any greenery goodness) ;)

I believe marketing have now given us the soft shelled taco. :p Had the pictured item in that lounge last week. They are smaller than what I would consider to be a burrito tortilla. So overall it's neither a taco. Not burrito for mine. Good nonetheless.
