Which day are you flying? Have you checked the meeting thread? I am flying on Virgin Friday evening and boomy flies back some evenings through the week.

VA The Lounge annual access for VA PS at $300 vs $540 for QP annual renewal.
You do the math.
Of course QP wins making more money per person.

For me, the maths is not so much the point. I can avail myself of a corp. scheme with QP that's an annual fee of $330. VA are kind enough to give me a wink and a nod at the front door. I just haven't paid up for the QP as I can taste QF gold in the not too distant future......(maybe).
 
Well my 4 visits in the last 10 days have not impressed me. I have not experienced anything of the so called new menu.
Just the same old toasted sandwiches or salad. I have been in at 4 different times of the day (including Lunch, Dinner, morning and afternoon tea time.

Has this new menu actually started? If so where?
 
Beef stroganoff in the Melb lounge tonight- inoffensive, but flavour less! There were two salads that were great though, so all was not lost!

Pies were in Brisvegas yesterday for about 5 minutes! Lounge was packed, pies were gone in a flash.
 
Beef stroganoff without rice for me. I didn't find it very tasty.

Would love a pie.
 
Pretty terrible food at Perth T3 lounge yesterday. Cold salads, some breads and one choice of soup. I thought they were introducing hot food etc???
 
Girl handing out the buns said pies will be out around 1730...

Pie are on, actually been out for over an hour with lots left...

Pies in the SYD Lounge last night ~7:15pm.

Waited ~2-3 minutes to be served as pies were under lock and key and asked for 3 out of the 12 pies there. All gone a few minutes later. I felt guilty having 3 pies. :shock:

Oh and the ham and salami were quite nice.
 
One of my favourite things offered in the VA lounges is the chicken and kale Caesar salad. Yummy! Had it in BNE on Sunday afternoon.
