Visit to Wendouree fell through. But did visit many places in Barossa in October 2017.

a few years ago, being younger and stupid....I just walked in and they were extremely polite and helpful. Could not have met a nicer bunch of winemakers, especially during march when it's the busy season.

Not impressed. After many years of hand written signature, have gone to red crayon. Ostensibly because they chose not to supply any of my order in 2017. It's not that I didn't submit an order in 2017, just that they chose not to fulfill any of it.

Maybe they think you have been selling on Langton's ......?

lots of retailers sell them in 6 packs ,1 bottle each with a average price of $80 per bottle. its obviously a rip off but people still want it, selling them like Romanee-Conti. and wendouree can't do anything about it.

Have you called to ask why you are on their sh-t list? Sounds like there might be some crossed wires unless you have done something to piss them off

Not really a "rip off". If Wendouree sold through retail, the price would be $80+, and the cellar door price would be $80+ as well (so as not to undercut the retail channel).

Wendouree doesn't supplier to retailers,just like Rockford bp, some retailers are on the mailing list like all of us, ordered the same amount and put them in a mix case and sold them around $500 a case ,pure profits. the Malbec and the other 2 Shiraz blend only goes around $60 in auctions.

At least Rockford I can still buy the bp on its own around $80, same goes as the sparkling.

$105 for the 2014 bp?gezzzz, it was $90 at another store, same price as the sparkling shiraz.
