Yep working here but a bit slow. Direct log in using altitude rewards website not thru Westpac internet banking link . Windows IE 11 if it makes a difference

Great! Thanks mate. I now have... drum roll... "78" altitude reward points left in my account :-)

Flushed out my points today. Parents had 360k Westpac points also but I couldn't justify giving them ~$2k (1c/point) for them so I'll let them claim gift cards. I earn close to 1 million points/year with AMEX anyway so no need to outlay capital for points

I had a few more straggler points from the weekend that cleared this morning. The wording on the site led me to not expect to be able to get 2:1 today, but it processed a KrisFlyer transfer with 2:1 rates showing on my receipt. So if you have a few more points you want to get out, you may have today (or until 09:00 or something).

Just to update, I transferred a 9k about 9.20 and still got the 2:1.

Just sent another 40k points (two big payments landed today thought they wouldn't land until tomorrow). Got a 2:1 also. :) Westpac a little late of the mark today.

Interesting notes:

Yesterday's points haven't arrived in KF account yet, which is the first time it hasn't been same-day for me.

As of a couple of hours ago, the points conversion calculator was still calculating 2:1 to KF/AM, although I didn't proceed to redeem.

Hi All
When I log into my WBC altitude account
it's still showing to me as
5,000 Altitude Points* = 2,500 Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles
So it looks like WBC have not implemented it yet?

Just transferred more points to KF @ 2:1 (3OCT 21h30 GMT+11)

Apparently there is a delay in Westpac making the change online. Make the most of it while it's still there.

Altitude Points 18,500
Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles 9,250

Just transfer more points, looks like still showing 2:1

Today

Reward Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles
Redemption Log # 9616xx_x
Altitude Points 12,000
Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles 6,000

i think they backed off on the change.. altituderewards.com.au/change no longer displays anything

But I guess it also means they can make the change at any time without any prior notice (as the notice has already been given). I hesitate to become complacent (move'em as you earn'em, I'd say)

I think what likely happened is they probably did not send the notice to all cardholders so they had to delay the change. It would be interesting to see whether anyone failed to receive this notice finally get one in the coming weeks.

Well this group would surely include new customers now. As they have removed any notification of the change a new customer would have the impression the exchange rate is 1.5. Interesting times!
