Agree - as I get more mature my tolerance for the perennially late, people who have no respect for other people’s needs and those who don’t show up get kicked to the kerb.

As it is my time and emotional bandwidth cannot meet the needs of all the people who really value me and with whom I want to spend time. Anyone else is a no brainer
