What cheeses me off

thats like Outlander. Short cut in 2020 due to obvious. Then next two seasons shortened again. 2023 they filmed the next season but only showed half. Waited a year and are now showing the last episodes filmed over a year ago.

Guess we've almost finished Diplomat too then but am finding her more annoying this lot.
Never realised there was going t be a season 2. Pre-warned I may give it a miss. We start watching so many on Netflix and end up binning them.

I have a nephew that loves cruising and loves his NRL Bulldogs and Ive been thinking of buying him this, now I just might have to 🤣

Do you mean cruising … as in a boat 🤔

British Diplomat soooo much better

Interesting list for AA service desk on the R - everyone’s special with them - that priority list is before they get to OW eligible and the military and the Amex/Mcard/visa ppl, and then you get to queue up to ask a question!
Yeah, when we dropped our bags I asked if there was priority other than the TSA pre check line etc. and she said, nope .. that's all we have and pointed to the long line 🤣

Having had our largest refrigerator stop running on December 23rd one year has been beaten by our bore watering system stopping running on December 22nd without warning on a 41 degree Celsius day.We have about 2000 sq metres with lots of gardens.
Very good test for us at how to recover during the pre Christmas silly season.

We have sprung a leak in the pipe leading to the garden tap which is of course, under the new deck. But being the country no doubt a quick call to the plumber this morning will have something sorted by Christmas. Or, we will turn of the water 😳😂

Just found our water heater has a gas leak -lpg. We are rural so it might end up a cold water Christmas. Probably needs the heater replaced.

It must be the day for plumbing issues. Our plumber came out within the hour and said he will fix it by the end of the week. Our rural guys are fab. Our water heater last year stopped Saturday morning and by Saturday night it was replaced. Same plumber.

I broke a plastic piece on the pool filter last night. No proper part available around here so I have bodged up a temporary repair. It was nice laying in the son trying to fix it when the temperature is on its way to 43.4 C.

I've been checking airfares to Thailand in September and it's ridiculous already flying a week before Qld school holidays.

SQ ex-BNE is ~$1200 return and ex-SYD ~$1100 return while ex-PER ~$725 return is the most attractive but need to get to/from PER. QF airfares beyond ridiculous.

I've looked at points on JQ/QF and very limited availability already. Are QF holding back on another gimmick of flooding the market with award sears for a few days? Found a one-way on CX using points and taxes are ~$325 per person? Seriously? Why am I accumulating points if I cannot use them when I want? Dumb game.

CX have some options, especially with their $75 off promo until Dec 31

I got BNE-CAN return for under $700 early March, no ff points as I use QFF for status benefits like lounge and preferred seating, and no overnights either.

People who are first at the lights and when the lights go green they turn on their indicator to turn right.

People who leave a car length between them while waiting at lights so people can't get into LH or RH turn lane

Rant over
I leave some space in front (not a car length) in case the idiot in front can't decide what they want to do.

People who dangerously weave in and out of lmtraffic only to wait for you at the next traffic light.

People who drive onto the road from side street at snail pace oblivious to anyone around them.

People who drag at the lights to get in front of you then do the speed limit or below. Get out of my way and stay out of my way. This is worthy of road rage, if I'm in the mood.

People who have no idea what they're doing behind the steering wheel and should clearly be doing something other than driving a car.

It's a privilege to drive a car, not a right.

when this kind of stuff happens I wish I had a bag of peanuts to throw at them at the next lights.

While Im at it. The iPhone and iPad seems to think it’s better at predicting what I want to change than me. Correcting spelling results in the word being shadowed. So you can’t simply change a letter but the word goes.

My daughters obsession with Aphmau plush toys.

$16 for a mystery plush toy. There are 8 to collect. You have no idea which one you'll get. So buy one today for $16 and you get the red one. Buy one for $16 tomorrow and get the red one again. Who dreams up this garbage? The selling point is that it's a random plush toy but you can get the same plush toy over and over.

Daughter has her eyes on a few of them. This could be an expensive obsession.

Trade on ebay, or other trading place :)

Separately, on the cruise issue (jackets and other attire), why book a cruise if you the dress policy isn’t what you’re happy with?
