It's layers of chocolate mousse, passionfruit cream and chocolate ganache seared with coconut. It tasted as good as it looks Not at Waldorf but at a restaurant called Mama's Fish House, very famous in Maui.

Grilled sardines, monkfish with prawns and rice in spicy tomato sauce, it was almost a stew, some vino verde and a bottle of vino tinto. Best part was that we were the only tourists in the place, the rest were locals. The servings were huge, tomorrow we have to have one 'main' between us.
I'm liking Portugal more and more!
