What's your prediction on the Australian Dollar?

I bought today at .7813 to cover off some investment in the future by visiting Nicole at Bulgari in South Coast Plaza. Now watch the AUD soar seeing I have put a floor under it. Nicole has a photographic memory and that amazes Mrscove.

Now I wasn't sure if anyone is thinking about acquiring a property in Europe so I thought I should let you know that the Euro is setting record lows in recent times against the weak Australian dollar. We get over 0.71 Euros and it may get better than this in the near future. That makes a lot of Europe look good.
The opportunity in the US and the UK has changed by about 30% from the peak so perhaps Europe could be pretty reasonable especially compared with Australian residential property prices.

Daily commute would take the shine off that concept though.

Yes CE out of Melbourne the daily commute to Europe would have to change to every other day I think. Is that bi-weekly or perhaps bi-weakly?

Of course if you buy something in "far away land" it will certainly sharpen your thoughts on how to get there and back for the lowest possible cost at the maximum level of comfort.

Tax deductible you say. With CE he wants to get there using points but the fuel taxes and landing charges can be a tad on the high side. 49% off does have its attractions.
I do keep thinking about making some foreign income to cover off those more expensive foreign expenses....but then I think that it is easier to make it in Australia.

Mate wants me to see Warren again in May...25% more expensive this year.....not happening at the moment......(Buffett that is)
It was a nice Tax deduction last year ;)
