Isn’t it fantastic - I have been so lucky that every time we’ve gone it hasn’t rained and we’ve seen dolphins etc. on my top 10 experiences list
Unfortunetely we've never been able to catch a performance there!

And... when in your tinny at the nearby waterfall, be sure to take a friend who can perform mouth-to-mouth in case of concussion.

Kings Cascades, Prince Regent River, the Kimberley.

(Also the site of a well-publicised fatal crocodile attack of an American woman in 1987, following the America's Cup defence whitewash at Fremantle.)

OK, before I go out for the night, a better photo I pinched from the interweb.

It is superb. I first went there in 1982 and saw David Copperfield and it is one of those enduring memories - it was a beautiful warm night and watching the sun set over the sea was just magical.

I went back in 2017 but missed out on a performance and it has changed a lot but still magical.

Sorry meant for @JohnM !

I meant to put in this link: Kings Cascades | Explore Parks WA | Parks and Wildlife Service

And, while on a roll, view from above and the vessel nosing up to the cascade. Magic place. - as is the whole Kimberley. :)
