Actually I miss-typed and it’s pumace not must. The stuff left over after the must has been pressed and wine run off. Used for making Grappa in Italy and other spirits in other countries and stock feed and fertilise.

Mmm but I think the waves are too big for the Mediterranean. I’m thinking maybe it’s a Cornish fishing village but it’s not Port Issac or Polperro…
