OK - got it now, but I haven't been.
Quite close to the airport. Is it worth a visit ?
We were actually there due to an unexpected overnight stay and had time to kill near LAX; I think we caught a free shuttle from the airport hotel. Having spent the last week or so in LA, didn't want to go downtown again etc.

In early December there wasn't much swimming to be had, but we did enjoy an ice cream / milkshake at a cafe near the beach. Wasn't much to do, but there are far worse ways to chill for a few hours.

Hey @OATEK - any more clues for Friar Tuck and that funny little British presenter who dresses up a lot when doing his docos.?
I only threw this in because it was such an unexpected encounter. It was antiques day at Spitalfields market, and who should turn up but the man who makes a living from others turning up ancient objects.

Not sure how this one will go:

It looks like a Russian Orthodox church but not sure of location. London?
PS - I have forgotten that little man's name from the antique objects show?
