Who else has to regularly chase up Qantas for points & status credits owed....

Cancelled BA Flights on 10 July. rang Qantas on about 1st August and they said system was offline and she would ring me back.
she rang back the next day and the points were refunded already, but she said the carrier charges would take up to 8 weeks.
Got an email on 5th August saying the refund has been processed today.

Don’t call again. Email them with copies of boarding passes and e-ticket.
Looks Iike email, online feedback form and calling the ff centre in manila is still a big fat zero in terms of double status credits even after providing all the email confirmation, original pnr and ticket with the travel pass number on the form n email comms…. Still waiting 😠

I’m in the same boat as you LinaLee. Just so time consuming and frustrating to keep chasing Qantas up on every single issue.

A positive one - points for domestic business upgrade were automatically refunded after I had to cancel the flights, which was unexpected.

Log on to the TP portal and check history. It should show the e-ticket numbers for redemptions.
Yes it does and all the balance was used up for this one itinerary. Just have to somehow get Qantas ff to get its act together.

BTW - I gave a frank feedback on the survey form since they asked me to provide feedback. I gave them rating 1 (extremely dissatisfied) explaining the unresolved issues and still unresolved after many follow-ups. Not that it matters to them but enough is enough and also I will not be recommending Qantas ff until they get their act together and provide a quality efficient resolution to issues. A mark of a good company is how they handle things when ...hits the fan... :D

I had a DSC TP trip in late January. The 2xSC did not post immediately and since I'd subsequently received a status extension I never got around to chasing them up.

The 2 x SC were credited in May.

I'm waiting on TravelPass DSCs to hit Platinum before my trip so I really hope I can get them credited before my trip, although it sounds like I don't have much hope...

2 of my Iberia flights from February posted yesterday.. QFF sent me a rather unhelpful and slightly passive aggressive reply email today (to an email from weeks ago) saying my claim was not necessary because the points "had already been successfully credited" and telling me how to view my account activity. They sent this email less than 24 hours after the points/SC had posted.

edit: Unfortunately they posted as Discount Economy and according to the partner earning table and fare class codes they should have earned the Economy rate. Same number of SC, and a small points difference, so I'm not going to fight.

You should reply to QF telling them how to apply the partner earning table

My status run Mel Syd Auk return has been changed to a direct Auk Mel return.
How will I chase the credits due to the original booking? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone had to chase SCs taken on an AA flight?
I'll need 3 SC from an AA flight on Aug 20 to hit WP. Fly back home on Aug 25 so was hoping to use the Plat Lounge in LAX.

Fore reference - it's booked direct with AA and my QFF no. attached to the booking. They recognise my current SG status being able to select "priority seats" and check in luggage on a base Y fare.

Considering putting in the request straight after the AA flight to give them 5 days to look at the email.

@serfty do the points count then in the new membership year? I’m 10 short of getting my loyalty bonus and also to rollover for next years membership year.

But I’m going to leave it for now cause today, I’ve just confirmed a business trip to Perth before end of my current membership year 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I flew AA a couple of months back and points + status credits were in my QFF account the next day (about 24hrs after the flight). Perhaps don't panic yet!
