SYD+1 is missing a BA flight from a couple of weeks ago. Normally they’re pretty quick but apparently the checkin agent said the FF number wasn’t in correctly and fiddled with it…Same here but I've already submitted a missing points claim as soon as it allowed me to...
Flagged with QF via web form that BER is missing in the “missing points“ claim form. No response after a week or so.So on the return, QR J DOH-SIN posted before SYD+1’s first glass of bubbles in the QF SIN F lounge was poured! But BER-DOH is MIA (no, not the Florida variety).
ThanksGenerally such SC count toward the membership "year" in which the flight was taken, not the "year" they were credited (if different).
I have a couple of BA sectors from June that haven’t posted yet.Flew BA 2 weeks ago and yet to see the QFF points.
I've needed to make a lot of claims over the past year, and I was perhaps too patient for a lot of them. I've now realised if I haven't had a response to a claim email within a week I'm probably never getting one. Emailing the same request again months later has then occasionally worked for me.Also no response to email claims after several weeks. Is that usual? IME, email claims were usually turned around pretty quickly.
Exact same for me with some BA and IB flights, after finally getting them to credit, the SC's expired immediately and missed the rollover inclusion. I emailed back requesting they be added back as part of the rollover, but never received a response. I suppose it's time to email again!I have a couple of BA sectors from June that haven’t posted yet.
It took me until June to get the April flights successfully claimed. And of course my new year had already started so they were removed immediately and didn’t make part of my SC rollover support.
I’m not holding my breath, I honestly can’t be bothered anymore.
On Saturday, SYD+1 emails QFF regarding the missing BER-DOH from 2 wks ago and while they’re at, what about an update on the request for DOH-BER 6 wks ago. Within two hrs a reply and both flights had been manually credited!I've needed to make a lot of claims over the past year, and I was perhaps too patient for a lot of them. Presumably a screen shot of the e-BP would be sufficient if you still have that?I've had such a strange experience with BA missing points. I had about 8 flights on BA in since June. Reward flights booked with QF points on BA automatically gave me status credits (not complaining), but every single one of my paid with cash flights haven't credited.
I've submitted several missing points claims, some credited after others haven't. Lucky for me I like to collect my boarding pass so I had them for most flights when they requested boarding passes. I still think that's a rediculous request as most people don't retain them. However for a couple of the flights I used the electronic boarding pass so I no longer have it. QFF want me to obtain a letter from BA to confirm I boarded the flight.
Does anyone else think these requirements are rediculous? Especially now that boarding passes are going away (QF don't even issue physical boarding passes for their own flights anymore).

I keep them in my Apple wallet until they post (if I don’t have a paper BP and even then, I try and get the electronic version anyway).
As an aside, are you PC/PC+? There’s other reports of peeps earning some SCs on BA award flights who are PC.

They should also give you the option to download a PDF (print at home or scan from phone) version that’s useful to keep a copy of.Yeah I didn't take a screenshot, not sure if the BA app allows? Maybe I didn't try. I know Brussels Airlines app blocks you due to "security". I'm fairly sure neither airline (BA and SN) saves to google wallet (I have an android phone). Obviously going forward I'll do whatever I can to keep something of my boarding passes but at the time I didn't expect any of this.

Apple app works the same. When checking in on the android BA app instead of choosing the download the boarding pass choose the option to email the boarding pass and you will receive a boarding pass in A4 PDF format which can printed out (or simply kept for a Qantas claim). I don't think this version is intended to be viewed or used on a phone. After having got the boarding pass emailed you can still go back into the android BA app and download a mobile boarding pass to the app.
The DSC is finally credited today after email and phone call just over two weeks ago.Still waiting for double status credits for flight on 28 May and 19/20 June. Standard points and credits was credited almost immediately after flight. Just curious when should I call again to chase?
Mmm yeah, you can keep an eye on the TravelPass thread: Missing Double Status Credits from Travel PassThe DSC is finally credited today after email and phone call just over two weeks ago.
Probably not they don’t know who we are ……Mmm yeah, you can keep an eye on the TravelPass thread: Missing Double Status Credits from Travel Pass
They just ran a batch job today, and everyone got their DSCs for the past 2 months or so. I wonder if it was going to run today anyway, or maybe it ran as a result of some of us sending through many emails regarding it (probably not).
