Yes, Level 4 was open when I went through on July 1.

Level 4 can be open but unstaffed from a bar/food perspective which means you need to navigate the bendy stairs or use the lift with your wine and soup…

100% agree.

Outrageous that it is July and SYD kerbside still closed.

Lined up for 30 mins at security last week downstairs. At kerb entry took 2 mins most times - out the cab door and a coffee and snack before the flight.

Digressing the thread to BNE... is the Premium Entry likely to be on for 6am flights this week? (Can only hope so as to avoid the pandemonium)

It had opened on a "trial basis". There was mention of this in another thread but it may have only been for the past school holidays.

Regardless the Virgin website is incorrect as Melbourne premium exit has been open at peak times quite a bit recently.

Sadly not. Apparently Brisbane Airport Corporation charges them a huge amount to operate it, so they're holding off reopening it for now.

Was very handy direct access from the Valet parking and the instant and private security booth. Due to COVID could see the rationale in leaving it closed but any whispers WHEN it will open up again?

Maybe they got BNE and MEL mixed up. As MEL was priority lane from the 10th, and it’s unlikely they have a premium entry solution.

So that means BNE premium entry is open again from 22nd.
