I too spoke to EDR live chat. The agent said they were aware that the points were not crediting automatically and that they would have to wait the 14 business days before manually crediting them. He left a note on my account to do it himself on the 15th day and even told me the date. I said that i was going to be making three more purchases over the coming three days and would it be possible to add an additional note to cover those as well and he said that wouldn't be a problem he'd look after it himself. So here's hoping! Otherwise it will be another long wait for EDR chat.And update: Finally made time to contact EDR via live chat.
They pointed to the T&Cs which says "up to 14 days". They claim the points will appear automatically in that time-frame.
Time will tell.
(So I wouldn't hold your breath that they will credit within the 14 days by the way my agent was talking.)
