No you cant split payments on ebay unless it is including your paypal balance. I dont see why youd want to though because paypal/ebay takes amex cards so why not just put the spend on something thats visa/master only?

The maths and yield works out reasonably well, if you have the patience

Just ebay sale 20% off Tech with cashrewards 1.5% and then if I could use the 9% off Visa1 cards(purchased via amex in woolies promo).....now do you see the pattern?

has anyone ever had 5% WISH giftcards bought from entertainment book portal take more than 24hrs? I bought $3k in prep of Myer woolies cards and it has not come in yet.. (ordered 9am). I usually use cashrewards but was browsing something else on the entertainment book website and used them instead.. I am regretting it now.

I know that Woolworths will delay processing a transaction if they suspect it's fraudulent (i.e the purchase is significantly above your usual purchase with them). I was caught out myself purchasing through Cash Rewards this way. A phone call to them first thing in the morning should sort things out.

I made a purchase via CR on the weekend and I got the voucher this afternoon.

that is so strange, checking through my emails, the last time i bought from CR was on 12/03 (sunday) 10:30am (emailed invoice from everydaygiftcards) and they sent the cards at 10:59pm 12/03.

Given that was on a sunday i thought it was acceptable. I didn't realise it takes that long via CR too for some..

I use EB preferentially and generally find them quicker than CR. Never been over 24h. Slightly slower with Diners than Amex

I used Cashrewards portal and ordered $5K worth of cards. They tried to call me to verify and I had to call them again the next day to verify.

When I stick to a maximum of $3000, I get them emailed to me within a few hours. I try not to order big quantities anymore after hearing about some eGift cards being empty due to fraud when the owner tried to use them. Don't need the hassle or risk.
When they had one of their 5.75% off deals last year, I bought $10k worth and they called me then - took nearly a week for them to call me but all ok when they verified it was a real order & I knew about the order. Glad they checked.

In the last few years using entertainment book my cards have never taken more than a couple of hours to issue no matter the value.

It's Becasue it's limited to Myer anmyer only. Unless there is a way to convert them to other forms that I'm not aware about

Likely it's not very popular, especially given how frequently the Myer gift cards are part of promotions just like the one that started today.

i had to go to woolies #3 before i found $200 ones. Myer is really the best place to buy apple products, lego/kids toys and small appliances. They price match other retailers and you also earn myerone pts.
Also suitcases.

I'm just really surprised woolies stack them so close together.

a new record for me : 4k of e-wish cards delivered in 2 hrs - ordered at 5pm EST and emailed at 7...usually took a whole day.

What are you buying unfunkable? Or just stocking up?
