went to 2 stores near me and only left $50 giftcard.. :-(

Called store.... 9 cards, wish cards purchased, alarm set 6am. Here we go!

eWISH is good. Selfserve is good-no intervention needed. Only scanned 4 at a time as per previous WW GCs
I dont know if the 10 per customer is a cap at the Points level but you could easily find out as it shows the bonus points crediting on the screen -sometimes with a little delay. Some of my family have obviously fallen off the QF points setting as I received the $40 discount on each second batch with them

Macquarie Centre Woolworths only have the $50 cards, I saw someone asking a staff member about the $100 ones, not sure what the outcome was, I waited around for a little while, but she was taking too long checking the computer.

Checked my local, nothing has changed at the gift card wall. Heaps of $50's and zero $100's in stock.

Will try again later on to see if the shelves have been updated

If you made 1000 cards to get the $10 bonus that's $10000 free + this makes you get 10000 cards meaning like 40k in profit. not bad?! LOL

Reason why it is 4 card is because the self checkout is max $500 for gift card purcahses.

So 4x$105.95 = Just less than $500, but 5 is over.

Nah I havent even bothered or tried. Too tired this morning, might go to the one near work at lunch time, I know they have heaps because I went there during the $88 promo, and that one hardly no one goes there. lol

Hope they still have $100s left.

I will try one with self checkout then go back and try another. Unless someone else posts about their experience here or on ozb

It has to be 2,000 points per card otherwise it makes no sense to buy more than 1 card?

As posted earlier I scanned each card and paid 10X individually.
It came up 2000 points and $105.95
Is this because I have Convert to Points saved on WRC?
Or when I check WRC balance it will have $100 saving on next shop?

Seems confirmed that it's 2000 points per VISA card purchased. But has anyone purchased more than 10 cards in total yet? That will establish if there is a limit per EDR account.

I hate that ozB is using this term. I see payment methods being locked out of GC purchases.... Dr Ralph, out of interest, are you going down this path to limit cash flow impacts or use up the cards quickly? By my calcs best way to take advantage would be to use fresh EGCs to get max discount off each visa purchase?

I'm taking the path so I pay as less as possible for each $100 VISA card. Free money! I'll only be limited by the number of VISA cards I can locate.

Well I can confirm it's 2000 pts per gift card and not account

Yesterday I visited 5 local Woolworths

Only 1 had about 20

Today I did a round to some different ones. And it was only 20, 10, 1 and 1

Almost seems that these shops aren't stocked at all.


Got asked once by staff "I think they're is a max per person to buy" lucky I was almost finished

The $10 does come off straight away for modt of the time.
Some cards it said no discount and next transaction was $20 discount.

I really hope some of these shops stock up.
