In case you didn't already know, you can actually use Uber gift cards to pay for previous orders and rides so long as they occurred within the last 30 days.

Correct. If you go the order or ride and click on the receipt you should see an option to change the payment method. If you used a combination of card and credit to pay for a particular order or ride, I believe you will first have to switch it to use a second card and then it will allow you to go back and switch to it to use credit only.

I have tried using multiple Perfect EFTPOS cards at multiple different shops today and they all reject. Quite concerning.

I tried this morning and they worked! This afternoon is the problem.

Always error code 12 - invalid transaction.

Have you logged them on your Perfect account to check their balances and transactions? (Just to be sure...)

Yep full balances showing online.

Called up and they could see the system rejected the transactions but couldn't tell why. Very frustrating!

Worked out they cannot be used at Australia Post anymore and can't be used at Coles to buy any gift cards.

Purchased 2 x Uber Variables of different amounts, plus 2 x Netflix cards (in separate transactions). Points posted straight away both times.

Coles is a hit or miss. Sometimes it goes through, other times declined. Maybe there's a threshold limit? I don't see a pattern.

Nope, same batch bought same day. Some work without a hitch, others decline.
