Amazing...I'M IN!!!!! I did it via the post on Flyertalk, which by sheer good luck I saw almost the minute it was posted; but it looks like I will be seeing the 787 on Sunday at MEL!

No doubt the QFF numbers will be checked for duplication between the AFF draw and FT.

Well, I'm a go for BNE:D:D:D:D

Really looking forward to the tour & meeting some fellow AFF members:cool:

Thanks QF & Red Roo

Misery put out of we are.

Thanks RR. Looking forward to seeing the other lucky 3 on Sunday at MEL :)

Hi All,

Thanks for the interest shown in the 787 visit to Australia, the response has been great!
The Lucky winners have now been PM’d and advised so congrats.
Stay posted for comments and pics from the winners.

Cheers,

Apparently I was the first one for SYD! Thanks heaps Red Roo!!!

Congrats to the winners - take lots of photos and post back on AFF!

(Missed out on MEL...)

My PM was in within 6 or so minutes of redroo posting, fingers crossed. I would assume that the lucky ones (here's hoping) will need a temp ASIC. At SYD these are issued at INT on arrivals level at far end opposite end from rail & QF transfer areas. If I'm lucky, I will get the train in so if anyone wants to catch up earlier at a coffee lounge at the INT terminal, I'm on.

Now will sit on my BKK flight home with fingers crossed!

I'm up for a pre-tour cup of coffee! Let me know where and at what time, I only live a 4 min train ride away so am pretty flexible.

I was offered a spot on the media flight to SYD-BNE but had to decline due to a previous engagement. I'll be touring it on Monday in SYD, though.
