Hi

Does anyone know how it will take for complimentary hotel status to come through? Also what exact period the six months runs for?

For example if I apply today does it come through effective today (30 Aug) and run for six months from that date (i.e. to 28 Feb/2 Mar).

I am just trying to work out when best to request the complimentary status match based on planned stays at Hiltons in the next few months (23 Sep, 14 Nov, Mar 2012)

Cheers

S

I'll let you know when I find out ... applied for the PC status last night, got an email saying that someone will be in touch ... hopefully they'll call soon, got a six night stay in DFW in 3 weeks.

I haven't heard from secure sentinel either.

I clicked the sign up bottom, and Velocity advised they would contact me. Has anybody heard from them?

Requested a PC club last Thurs on launch day (as an existing member) and nothing yet.... Rang the member call centre and they new nothing about he program ... Will see what happens... Not holding my breath for quick processing.

If you click on a sign saying "up bottom", I hardly reckon they'll be too forthcoming

I was speaking to Hilton South Wharf yesterday and the lady knew of the promo and said it should be within two weeks............I'll believe it when I see it.

(PS.....still no VFF Gold card yet. Liam gets two and I get zilch......bloody favouritism!)

Damn, I hope quicker than that. I was going to book Hilton in London in two weeks using my shiny new HHonours. If it hasn't come through, I'll spend my money on a better hotel.

Have we worked out when the 6 month Hilton Diamond membership expires?

Is it 6 months from when you apply for status match or 6 months when Hilton Diamond membeship is processed?

Wanna be the "guinea pig"?

Since I am Diamond already, I wont be applying until that expires end of March (I won't re-qualify Diamond this year; even Gold is borderline). I'm quite interested to understand the time frames myself. ;)

I have the temporary card as well but no baggage tag for me though....

I think any of us would simply be guessing, but my guess would be from the date it's processed.

Well assuming it is processed in Sept, I would expect that it would expire Feb 28 at the earliest.

Time will tell based on current applications.

Guessing no one has had confirmation of hotel status to come through?

I have 2 stays at Crowne Plazas in the next 2 weeks, so the Priority Club match would be handy. Applied on Monday and had VFF confirmation arrive first thing Tues morning. Nothing from PC yet, outside chance but would be great if it came through in time!

Still waiting here :(

Six day stay in a HI in Dallas in 2.5 weeks time, 50% bonus points would be nice.

I'm HH Gold till 2013, so probably no point taking up the diamond offer till this time next year (or before my VP runs out if I don't requalify).
