The aroma lured number 2 son from his man cave last night. :p

So I may find a new past time now.
Actually have always enjoyed cooking.Speciality is curries.Trouble is always out of the head and usinjg what ever is available so when I get a beauty I have no idea how to replicate it.
Besides mrsdrron wont allow the cooking of curries at home so I only do it when working away.

I cook a mean butter chicken spicy curry. Served with Biryani Rice and Roti. Yum.

I could not master Thai food until I tried Marion's (from Masterchef) Thai meal kits. Have tried Red Curry, Green Curry and Pad Thai and they are superb. So now I've ticked Thai of the list. Kinda.

I know what you mean about not being able to replicate a great dish though.

Would have loved one more flight. All my DC-10 flights were when I was too young to remember them properly.

I am very lucky, although I have waistline problem. My wife cooks wonderful Thai, Indian and Italian food, as well as other more typical Australian style food.

But then, she is Thai and a chef. However, I do have to select the wine from the fridges, and restock them from the cool storage. :):)

And I am a hopeless cook with a waistline problem.

Well it isn't so much the waistline but a problem all over....

Thankfully I brought a powerboard with me. Unplugging the kettle has now given me one usuable powerpoint in this Singaporian hotel room.

I'm a good cook with a minor waistline problem - SWMBO is a better cook (with no waistline problem).:D

Did you take that powerboard on your cruise? They usually get taken as they're considered a fire risk.

Possibly. You might be less likely to eat junk :p

I wish I could blame junk food but that is not the case. Probably too much alcohol but a couple of years ago I stopped drinking for 3 months and weight was steady.

I'll blame the medication....
