US Dividend Miles - Award Booking Questions and General Discussion

Yep that mirrors my experience... except i had to go to the ATM when checking in at F desk to get money out to pay for the departure tax (on a USDM ticket) even though we were only transiting, couldn't be bothered arguing so just paid, never looked into if that was correct or not...

US Dividend Miles - Award Booking Questions and General Discussion

I've stayed at the Novotel BKK airport and it was good, think we got it on special for about $120 with breakfast. Note that the instructions on the hotel website say to wait for a bus at a certain point, but you can actually walk, it's all connected to the airport... we walked to the check in...

Citibank Plus - No Fee No Overseas Transaction Fee Account

That was my first thought and so i confirmed it back with her that I wouldn't be charged any fees for withdrawals but would for purchase and she said yes. Like you say who knows if that's just Citi CSA.... I might have to test it myself and see what shows up.... if there is a 2.5% charge then I...

Citibank Plus - No Fee No Overseas Transaction Fee Account

I just called Citi to get them to note on my Citibank Plus debit card that I'm heading overseas and they warned me that using the CitibankPlus Debit card for CC purchases will incur a 2.5% fee but using it at an ATM to withdraw cash won't... the 2nd part I know as it's why we all have this...

The x means the seat is blocked... blue without X means it's taken. Theoretically you should be able to get 3E/3F assigned if you get the right TG agent to do it :) Yep 6 Available F seats matches the 6 available on the screenshot (if you count blocked seats).

Citibank Plus - No Fee No Overseas Transaction Fee Account

Would you buy KF points at 1c per point? if so use Select, if not use CitiPlus.... Even better get a local CC if you can.

    EDR General Promotions

Exactly what I was going to say :) If you wouldn't buy qantas points for 2c per point elsewhere then you should pick the fuel discount instead of points....

Citibank Plus - No Fee No Overseas Transaction Fee Account

I would take that to mean purchase of foreign currency, not an overseas transaction (I would expect the card to earn points on foreign transactions. I'm sure someone here can confirm/deny first hand?)
