Re: Happy hours not so cheery anymore Certainly cheaper flights offered in the current sale (ends Jun 30) than the Thurs evening window. Time for Virgin to abandon weekly happy hours, and just roll them out when traffic determines they can offer tempting prices?

Similarly, I never hooked into "Branson Money". The (standard, unlinked) Platinum card reads "loyalty program of Virgin Australia" - unambiguous. I've noticed however, airline staff, and hotel staff too for that matter, can become conveniently ignorant and unaware, when the occasion warrants.

VB:are you selecting before July 6? I just put in a Mel-Mer July 6, and it came up fine 1000-1115 for $159.(and they don't fly every day)

All fine with IE 11 on this Windows Tablet. Site in the same place; still looks the same except they've removed the $99 specials, expanded their map a little and colour coded the seat availability legend on the home page. Still looks tons better than the coughbersome Rex rubbish.
