Anybody using the Alipay app have issues with getting the phone number accepted when trying to enter the details for the Happy Edition 5? Tried a few different formats without success.

Have you checked in the body of the receipt where it says ‘Travel Details For:’ as under that it will sometimes show the e-ticket number.

Using the QF multi city flights search there appears to be better than expected availability right through September if searching for a single seat. First half of September shows J seats on the 3rd, 7-9th, 12th, 14th & 15th. QF shouldn't have better availability than AY website???

My last OWA was a 4 stop, 2 surface with 2 transits & one stopover in DOH back when that was a live option. There are lots of contributors that have a far better knowledge of OWA so hopefully someone will be able to help or provide a reason.

As @MEL_Traveller mentions if you've added or made other flight changes that used to result in a new e-Ticket being issued with a new number. @NoobTraveller try the Finnair website that used to show all the ticket numbers issued to that PNR, use the drop down arrow on the right circled in red...

Booked a J award MEL-PER & have just received an email saying there is no IFE. Is this a regular thing with VA and I guess there is no chance they will offer some points back as a gesture of goodwill?

Looks like todays QF 780 MEL-PER which was scheduled to be an A330 has been cancelled. I fly out to MEL Wednesday morning on a 737 & when I had a look at the seat map at T-80 there was no spare seats anywhere. Going to be hard to accommodate those QF780 passengers?
