Hi, I currently use my EDR points to convert to Qantas points. I know that this can be turned off and ? EDR points banked until a later date . What I'd like to know is can the banked EDR points be converted at a later date to Qantas Points - ie an alternative option to using for 10% off...

One of my party is/was returning to MEL on tonight’s QF 4 ( 20 march) . He’s been notified that the a/c will be at least 4 hours late departing JFK ! Lucky I’m not going til the weekend. Otherwise, I’ d be feeling pretty unlucky.

A/C at the gate and boarded , doors closed but nothing happening movement wise. Maybe there are no SYD departure “slots available “ or there are only so many flight paths across the Pacific and they are already occupied! Who knows , maybe customer service will offer some points in compensation!!

QF to KUL may well open up more reward flights from Australia to Europe - MH onwards from KUL. There are precious little Aus-Europe flights on Qantas at the moment !
