Yeah it's been happening for a while. For some reason during booking a flight, it hasn't picked up that you're logged in. I don't know the exact fix but you'll need to try login during the booking again, even if it says you are logged in. Weird I know, but should work.

That's what I did you make it quicker to find seats using VFF. Any saver rewards I found on Singapore Airlines site, I was able to find on Virgin site. Waitlist obviously won't show though. Helped me find a bunch of J seats between Brisbane, Singapore and Japan in Feb/Mar at least
