    Agreed - I've been upgraded both times I've stayed there as a HH Diamond (even when one of the bookings was through a 3rd party - Agoda?). The staff in the Exec Lounge were excellent.

Unfortunately, I was significantly delayed leaving SF and then slowed by traffic on the way up to Napa, so I wasn't able to visit any of the recommended wineries.
