If you are in a different class to your kids you cant watch them all the time so they are UM and if that's what you want just pay to make your kids that. I think its unfair to the crew just to dump kids on them without any notice, if you want a child minding service at least pay for it.

I think the point is you shouldn't need to use a hotspot and it is fair to point out if the wifi is not useful as it is advertised as part of the lounge offering. Also not everyone may have a mobile hotspot available for a number of reasons.

To me it seems that the pilot needs to answer why they didn't land at the first available airport. I would want to be on the ground ASAP if there was a problem like this, safety should always be first. In this case safety was not the priority it seems to me. In the end Air Asia was lucky.

I have been to SA a few times and in Sydney always asked for Yellow fever certificate. The only other time I have been asked is landing at Kilimanjaro airport.

As a Platinum I flew Sydney to Adelaide today and no priority written anyway on the tags. My bag did a have a green tag with "group D" written on it, not sure what that is about. My bags came out maybe in the middle.
