    New Amex statement credits

my line tends to be “just so you know, this conversation will be used as the ‘formal complaint’ requirement for my AFCA submission”

    New Amex statement credits

I’ve just used another dining credit so I look forward to the battle with Amex. At least this one posted as the restaurant in question, so it should be simple. One day I hope the credit posts automatically.

    New Amex statement credits

That’s typical of Amex support for these offers. The front line people are often useless if everything doesn’t match exactly. Once you escalate it will be, 99% of the time, fine.

    Citibank to airline points transfers

Should be fine. Assuming those are all the conditions (you can read them to check) then any removal would lead to an AFCA complaint.

    Star Alliance RTW

Yeah, that’s your typical issue. L class for economy. An expert flyer subscription would be worth it for you.

    Star Alliance RTW

If you want help you probably need to explain more. Like, where are you looking for flights? Is this the online RTW builder on the star website? Can you not find flights or is it the D class (or similar) availability that’s an issue? I’d consider expert flyer sub if that’s the case, might help...

    Virgin Beyond

Very true, @enigma. Similarly; I know someone who got it complementary with little spend. They were/are a FB group admin and VA I guess figured that they could sway some flights. How Early Do you Book a Cruise?

I’d be surprised if these ones didn’t. We usually aren’t talking the mega-ships here.

    Transfer time at Narita airport

I really wouldn’t. I’ve only been through nrt arrivals twice in the last few months and queues have been manageable, but I’m on an early arrival and hit the queues first. They can be very long at times. Add a few min delay due to airline or the crowded airport and I would suggest it’s very risky.

    Transfer time at Narita airport

This is international and needing immigration but no checked bags? I really wouldn’t. Transfer times are near nil, 2 and 3 are co-located, but immigration is variable.

The quickest way is online, via the past charges feature and features. Select credits rather than all charges, and I believe you can filter by value too.
