Dunno, citibank has a habit of devaluing their point. Looked what happened to conversion rate to various airline in the last 2 to 3 years.

this would mean that one can only hold 1-2 types of citibank cards at once. I find it was easier to get approval for citcards if my kept my credit limit <15% of yearly income.

Maybe the name on the QFF don't match what they have on the profile. You may have to include any middle name that is declared on your QFF profile. Like westpac have to register Timmy T Lee, not Timmy Lee if the person's QFF Profile is Timmy Lee.

Maybe you hit your credit limit. Drop down the limit on the existing cards by 3k-6k, then reapply in 3 months time for a 3k limit card. Its fun to roll with 4 amex + a charge card here.

As far as I am aware, amex westpac is really fast at showing up points. bonus points will be awarded quickly and sitting on the account. Make sure you also call up amex to get the other 3000 bonus supp card points before 31/08/18! :D

Target spend went down to 1ppd even though it was 3ppd 1 month ago. This occurred on 23/08.

I have, the charge, reserve, edge and explorer as well as westpac amex. If that helps. And strangely when I added explorer, my amex account is behaving erratically.Now I have strange travel credit... Let's see what happens after the maintenance for rewards points on the 04/09/18.

What I meant was, I signed up the westpac amex + westpac platinum with 15k + 75k altitude qantas deal. I achieved the spend and now all the points will be paid on 14/09/18. Its showing up as 15k bonus on my westpac amex account with 18k points sitting there.
