In case its not obvious...there is far less to think about entering Hong Kong than entering China in general...you don't need to arrange anything in advance immigration wise.

Your only option is to turn up at the front desk and state your case. If you're lucky they'll have some quick reference they can look up for QR lounge access.

You've probably created a bit of a tangled web by doing all this account admin on the same day...no doubt in quick succession, same IP address etc. I believe they tend to give themselves 30 days for this and won't be hurried up.

Assuming their website is not smart enough (safe assumption) to alert you to no longer valid pooling arrangements when making address changes then yes, that will be your issue. But I would be prepared to show evidence you did live in the same household.

Family transfers aren't generally the issue...bogus family pooling is the thing that is more likely to get you suspended.
