10,000 bonus points per 20 transactions

Points are back but Saturday and Sunday transactions have not hit the MR account (though they have goine financial). I will check again later.

I've just checked my account, and the same has happened.

Note, I've not been POC'd or anything like that; so could just be a maintenance thing.

Over the past few years, I've seen this before on Sunday Mornings.

IMHO, it's not the points are being pulled. It is, I believe, an update/housekeeping process.

I would expect normal (?) service to resume in the near future ...

Hmmm... same here ... this morning my weekend transaction are there against my Card accounnt - but no MR transacts since the 6th have posted. These should bring me over a threshold for BP's for this month.

Most, but not all, of my weekend transactions are displaying now. My MR account has typically been updating in the middle of the day lately, so have to wait and see what appears in that a bit later on.

On Mondays the MR often does not update till about 2.30pm...at least for me anyway.

I previously received points, up until when Amex stopped crediting them late Sept, but haven't seen any other 5/5T bonus points since then. Are others in the same boat? It's just I see a fair few people now talking about receiving bonus points again

Well, I just had a big transaction weekend (enough for any of the possible promotions to kick in), so tomorrow will be interesting to see if any bonuses post for me.

I should have mentioned that membership rewards is updated with the 12 transactions so far this month. Still waiting on a DJ beer purchase but that takes a week to come through.

No idea what is happening!

Like others I have now today had normal MR points post, but no 5000 Promo points..despite having had enough purchases in November.

So different awarding patterns continue.

However out of interest I wonder if it has anything to do with ones card type?

Mine is an Amex Maximser Gold.

Wrong again! Remember what I, and the majority of posters on this thread, said about clouding facts with fairy tales. I received 10,000 MR points and was then POCed 5,000 MR points. As far as I am aware I am on the same uncapped promotion as anyone else on the 10/5K promotion who signed up before 20 September.

Well, now up to 27 transactions up to and including 9th - with 2 or 3 still to post (Cabcharge ones for both this month and last month are still MIA).

Hmmm, I have a Plat Amex (direct), but I think it has more to do with being at the end of the alphabet. No bonus points yet for me...

simongr, now that's something I had forgotten - pregnancy begets transactions...better hurry up then with Mrs LW, hadn't I - otherwise I won't be able to use that excuse for transactions.
