About to start using my vouchers so trying to choose fares that exceed the voucher, so I don't have issues
I haven't booked a single flight with these vouchers yet.

I hope there are no issues with residual vouchers when it comes time to use them.
 
Have used my first two $500 vouchers for MEL and CNS trips. Always tend to buy fares that are greater than voucher value. Nice to only pay $88 for a return trip
 
I made a couple of bookings in the past week with gift vouchers and I didn't get an e-ticket/tax invoice for either, looks like there might be some issue?

This is a great idea - I think I need to do this next year, as I have used about 5 vouchers this year, and haven't got tax invoices showing a voucher payment and have completely lost track of residual values and voucher numbers no longer match up - very confusing!

Same here. I spoke with QF and they assure me it has been ticketed. My eticket (when I clicked on email this page link) is showing that I am travelling from QZW to QZY! :shock:

This happened to me once, when I cancelled/changed an award booking. There may also be other reasons which are quite normal.

Has it been more than 24 hours, I think I saw that with one of my bookings but it resolved once the dodgy codes were removed.

One good thing is that the residuals do show up in My Bookings on the website when your QFF number is added when using the first voucher. With the residuals I just keep extending to the right of there is still a balance left with subsequent bookings. I had to start a spreadsheet to track other features of the vouchers, which can't be mentioned online.

i just returned from the flights on my first used voucher. Today I got the e-ticket for the booking. 5 minutes later, the e-ticket for my second used voucher appeared.

I used one $500 voucher for 4 bookings and for the first booking I was able to select seats but for each subsequent booking I am unable to select seats.

It's a strange one. I've been getting the emails as per normal all year.

I think you need to wait 24 hours for the codes to clear.

Edit: did 4 voucher bookings last Wednesday. 2 are available to view today and 2 still have the dreaded codes.

Yeah, I'm having some not-normal troubles too. 2 flights booked on Sunday within 20 minutes of each other. First one has the codes removed and I can edit, second is still having difficulties. Might have to make a phone call. Hopefully the new Platinum desk know how to clear the codes.

All of my third round vouchers (second re-issued voucher) are not removing the codes automatically. All of my second vouchers (first re-issued) have had the codes removed automatically.

Does that match for you?

Can't really be bothered calling but looks like I'll have to do so.

Haven't redeemed anymore recently, so can't comment on any potential changes, sorry. Will let you know if/when I do have to redeem some more vouchers.
 
Just about to use my first voucher for 2015. Would you plse remind me where I add the voucher number when booking?
