I got the points from my four unused vouchers today. Will probably have to call up and ask for the 5,000 points for the voucher I have used.

Have these been used yet or not... from a few posts here people are only getting points on unused vouchers. I fall into that situation with points being credited only for unused vouchers currently

7 of 12 posted yesterday. Originally bought Xmas eve I think. Not sure how many we've used so far though as 8 were presents for our daughters (so they'd fly home to see there mother more often)

Just realised mine could be purchase date related. The vouchers that match the points credit were all purchased in a couple of days towards the end of December. The other used vouchers were earlier in the month.

I'm 0/3. I used all my vouchers within a day of purchase, so from my reading of this thread I will have to follow up with QF to get the points. All were purchased 3/12.

I bought 3 on the 27th, and received the points for all of them on the 23rd. All vouchers currently unused.

Can anybody confirm an instance of points being posted for a used or partly used voucher...?

By the looks of it only the unused ones are posting

It would appear points have been posted for late purchases, I would be patient before any conclusions are drawn re issues with actually using them.

Mine were all purchased late and mostly used already. Have only had one lot post. Still waiting for points on the used vouchers. Noticed the same thing last year. There might be something in this. But I'm happy to wait and then follow up. Might even use the same email template as last year just update voucher references and dates.
