Thanks. I wondered the same - people unaware or not continually following up.
5 emails, 2 phone calls and a Red Roo PM (only 1 email and 1 phone call in response.)
Residual value voucher still not fixed.
We are also missing bonii from the Q Cash "promo" so it's not a good look all round.

the delay is unbelievable. residual value vouchers can be a drama but usually work out ok. Q Cash promo---none of our cards have received the bonus points. can see this being another interesting/ self flagellating thread.

You wont see the qantas cash bonus until June at the earliest according to the t&c's....now what year they're talking about only they know...!

There certainly won't be a next time for me. They took 5 months to get me my final points. When I queried it after 3.5 months I got a curt email response effectively telling me to wait as the issue was a lot bigger than selfish little me.

Everything I see on this and other recent issues helps me understand why the airline is looking at the abyss.

another +1 for no points 5 months later... have called numerous times and told to not stress theyre aware of it... i'm not stressing, i'm just immensely disappointed in the lack of communication, service and obviously points.

I consider that I have been very fortunate to get the points in a timely manner - by not using the vouchers until after the points have posted. Both times I've been in the first run of points posting.

I'd be in it again but the points won't have the same pull as they did in years past.

I agree with QFWP, the value of points is much less now than in the past.

Still nothing here. I won't be doing this again. It's the sour taste that this has left that has made me not bother with other promotions too like the bonus for using the QF Cash card.

our only trouble was with the used vouchers but that was fixed fairly quickly
