Final lunge to insure several more of my precious little darlings this week. I would love to know, when all this is over and the folks at Woolies recover from their shellacking, who got the most pets insured.

Can I clarify whether you will get more than 1x 20K Woolworths points if you insure multiple pets against the same Woolworths reward card? I thought someone posted above that you would only get 1x 20K pts per card...

Interesting. I have 4 pets aligned to 4 different woolworths accounts. 3 of those woolworths accounts are aligned to one email account (they always have been) and one aligned to my wifes email account.

I have a Woolies Credit Card enabling my 10% shop.
@9.18 this morning I received an email for the 10% shop from WOW Credit Cards
@9.22 this morning I received another email for 10% shop from WOW insurance in one my kids names.
@9.23 this morning my wife received another email for 10% shop from WOW insurance in her own name.

So I never got one for myself, probably because it worked out I already had the offer via the credit card. And my other child never got one from WOW insurance. I have been charged 4 premiums, so assume all policies are active.

When I called them last week I had 5 policies and the person I spoke to said I would get 100k (20k x 5). Various other people on this thread have been given the same information.

I have since taken out many more policies

It comes down to what the terms say (1 lot of bonus points per membership) and what has been said on the phone. I erred on the side of caution, others have been a little riskier, in my view :p

Unable to login to the Pet Portal. Says my details are incorrect.

I received about 10 auto-reply emails yesterday saying my email had been received but no further correspondence.

I wonder if they're handling a mass influx of cancellation requests

Nowhere in there T&C’s does it say “1 lot of bonus points per a membership”

Just rang and cancelled. The person at WW said they could see my received email in the system.

I too have emailed to cancel and have a confirmation but no further contact. If I keep the points and don't get charged another premium I'll be very happy.

I took this, from post #11 of this thread, to mean that:

Offer available to new Woolworths Pet Insurance policyholders who purchased their policy between 7th January 2019 to 31 March 2019, limited to 1 membership registration per eligible policy.

Wasn't worth the risk for me.

FYI. They've gone from responding to email within 24 hours to taking 5 days!

I believe those T&C’s are for the 6months free Vet assist which finishes on the 31st of March. The 20k promo finishes on 24th Feb.

Agree though that it is a large risk if it doesn’t work out.

I think it's unclear.

I'm relying on the phone calls and am prepared to go into bat for my 45 cats and 19 houses :)

I am also relying on the phone calls with them. Will argue that I wouldn’t have taken out the policies/implemented the 21day cooling off period if their staff had not given me that information.

Just 9 minutes on the phone for me... perhaps cancelling a few at the same time would be less than the sum total.

My math isn't fantastic, but that appears to be 391,500 QFF points? That's about ~0.0025¢ / point! Well played, sir!

I was exaggerating!

Currently around 25 policies in total between the two offers. Still deciding on whether to do more.

25 days in and no points yet? Fingers crossed
Similar boat. I'll be straight onto them if they don't award the points at the end of 30 days. I do not want to pay more premiums then I have to.
