Only highlights on FTA available for me, 10pm (GMT) start so looks like I'll be up late tonight. Not ideal as I have a very serious sleep (and relaxation) deficit right now. Oh well, only 1 round to go after this!

Have a mate who just live posted on Facebook their journey to the track... In a helicopter

Nice!!! No race for me, stayed up too late 1am!!!! and need to be up earlyish. :(. Highlights will do.

First race of the year I didn't get up for. Will skip through the recording tonight even though I know the result.

Just couldn't stomach the 3am wake up.

Wow M.V. really could be a future great of the likes of Prost / Senna / Fangio

... I think this is the first time we've really seen his potential in an F1 car.

MY sleep pattern is now up the creek, searching for a paddle this morning. Was well worth staying up for and watching till the end. The way Massa went out will never be topped. So much love, respect and pride at that race track. On the bucket list that's for sure.

Really hoping Rosberg can come thru with the goods in 2 weeks time. Here's hoping 2017 rule changes bring the field back together again.

M.V..... Speechless on his ability and skills. Future multiple world champion in the making.

A bit off the track; if you will excuse the pun after today's race but can anyone tell me how to get Foxtel to record the whole race if you choose to watch the overnight races on delay. Last night, with wet weather and red flags, the recording has ended well before the race - most frustrating. Also happened during the 7th game in the recent Baseball World Series. I always thought Foxtel had a dynamic EPG that compensated for such live sport over-runs. Will ask Foxtel as well.

We've got Foxtel IQ2 and there's no way to do that, unfortunately. I record the before and after pit lane shows as well. In this case that meant I got the whole race - most of the race was in the after-race pit lane recording.

Lucky because I was going to get up for it at 3AM then didn't; I've had all three shows on Series Link all season.

I'm planning to ditch the Foxtel dinosaur after the season. Hoping that Liberty Media will come up with their own 4K streaming solution of the F1 media broadcast for next season.

Slightly OT but I heard Fox is going web based and you will be able to subscribe to only what you want. Hope it's true, I'll subscribe to sport for the F1

The Sky F1 coverage (rebroadcast by Fox) really is hard to beat. But given how coughpy the Presto and Fox Go offerings are, and how badly they screwed up IQ3; I'm not expecting much from them any time soon as far as streaming services go.

I agree with you re the Sky F1 coverage. Will be hard to beat. Looking forward to a more even season in 2017. BTW, did not get any joy from Foxtel. Just a standard cut and paste reply about Fox Sports only being a supplier to Foxtel.

Yep - I saw the replay on Fox Sports this morning - a rather ill-tempered and wet continuation of what we saw in Mexico City and very glad I didn't wake up at some ungodly hour to watch this one. It certainly feels like the end of the season and I get the sense that there are really only maybe 3 or 4 drivers there whom really wanted to be there today, the rest of them seemed a bit out of their depth and lacking in grip/speed/skill and motivation or were simply bored because their cars are so obviously technically superior to all the other cars... no argument at all about the driver of the day, I assume he got it?

Pretty much all the paddock demotivated after that one so will be interesting to see who can pick themselves up to put in a good performance at Abu Dubai.

Yes, he did get it.

Hopefully Nico takes out the championship tonight.... The whining from Hamilton rivals a jet engine at take off.
